Dr. Larry Rosenman

Dr. Rosenman

Dr Rosenman graduated from the University of Florida and then went to Georgetown Dental School. After graduating from dental school in 1980, he became the founding member of this practice.

Dr. Rosenman is a long standing member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, the Northern Virginia Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry. He has completed over 500 hours of continuing education in various dental studies.

Dr. Rosenman was honored by the Washingtonian magazine three times as one of the area’s “100 Best Dentists”. He specializes in cosmetic and restorative dentistry.

Dr. Rosenman lives in Fairfax Station with his wife, Beverly, who he has been married to for over 30 years. His hobbies include spending time with his three children, gardening, swimming, racquetball, and walking his dog.


Dr. Sara Brendmoen

Dr. Brendmoen

Dr. Sara Brendmoen joined Springfield Lorton Dental Group in 2003. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University and received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Louisville. Due to her academic performance while attending the University of Louisville, she was awarded the L.D. Pankey Occlusion Award and was accepted into the honorary academic fraternity, Psi Omega.

As a practicing dentist, she is a member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association and the Northern Virginia Dental Society. She is also an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Brendmoen is a Premier Provider of Invisalign® Cosmetic braces. She is active in educating her local community, providing informative presentations at multiple early and elementary schools. She currently resides in Fairfax, VA with her husband, Matt. Outside of the office, she enjoys running and cooking.

Dr. Stephen Tupman

Dr. Tupman

Dr. Steve Tupman completed his undergraduate work at the University of Virginia and graduated from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry in 1978.

He was a Navy dentist for three years where he completed internships in endodontics and periodontics. He has since been in private practice and is an active member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association and the Northern Virginia Dental Society.

Dr. Tupman has been chosen one of the area’s “Top Dentists” by Consumer’s Checkbook magazine. He is an avid racquetball player, tropical fish enthusiast and gardener.


Dr. Lisa Marvil

Dr. Marvil

Dr. Lisa Marvil received her undergraduate education at Harvard University before attending the Medical University of South Carolina, where she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. She has been practicing dentistry since 2006. A Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, she maintains memberships with the American Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology, Northern Virginia Dental Association and the Virginia Dental Association.

Away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids along with going horseback riding.

 

 

Dr. Ari Socher

Received his degree in biology at the University of Massachusetts and his dental degree from UMDNJ-New Jersey Dental School in Newark, NJ. Upon graduation, Dr. Socher entered a General Practice Residency program at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL. During his residency Dr. Socher focused on cosmetic and restorative dentistry, dental alveolar surgery and facial trauma at Ryder Trauma Center. Dr. Socher is an active member of the American Dental Association and served as Student President of the New Jersey Dental Association.

 

 

Dr. James W. Willis

Dr. Willis

Dr. Willis was born and raised in Maryland. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) at the University of Maryland and his Masters of Science degree in EE at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Willis graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and practiced in California and Virginia prior to joining Springfield Lorton Dental Group. He has a passion for international travel, having spent time in over 35 countries, volunteering his dental services in countries including Chad, Sri Lanka, and China. He enjoys providing a wide range of dental services including General Dentistry, Restorative Dentistry, Surgical Dentistry, Orthodontics, and Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Willis is a member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, and the Northern Virginia Dental Society. Dr. Willis is also an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry. He has earned continuing education certificates in Invisalign orthodontics, veneers, and Root Canal Therapy. Dr. Willis lives in Washington DC and when he is outside the office, enjoys basketball, football, golf, cycling, swimming, scuba, the symphony, and live jazz music.
