Meet Dr. Sara Brendmoen

Dr. Sara Brendmoen joined Springfield Lorton Dental Group in 2003 and became a partner of the practice in 2006. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Louisville.  Dr. Brendmoen has a strong interest in continuing her education, especially in the fields of Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry.  She is active in multiple study clubs that help to bridge her two dental passions together. She has received several awards for her achievements in Invisalign, which have attributed to SLDG’s prestigious Platinum Invisalign status.

She has been honored over multiple years as a top dentist by Washingtonian Magazine, Northern Virginia Magazine and Virginia Living Magazine.

As a practicing dentist, she is a member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry. 
She is involved in educating her local community, providing informative presentations at early and elementary schools. She currently resides in Oak Hill with her husband Matt and their three sons. When not in the office, you will likely find her cheering on her boys from a bleacher seat at any number of sporting events.
