Membership plan information:
At Springfield Lorton Dental Group, we are committed to continuously improving the care we provide to our patients. To better serve those who do not have dental benefits through their employer or an individual dental plan, we are excited to introduce our own in-office membership plans.
- Two routine dental exams per plan year, including any necessary periodontal charting
- Two professional cleanings per year
- Two fluoride or nano hydroxyapatite treatments per year, if indicated
- All necessary X-rays (excluding CBCT) at no additional charge
- 15% discount on all additional dental treatments (excluding orthodontics and products sold in the office)
- Two routine dental exams per plan year, including any necessary periodontal charting
- 3 or 4 Periodontal Maintenance cleanings per year
- Two fluoride or hydroxyapatite treatments per year, if indicated
- All necessary X-rays (excluding CBCT) at no additional charge
- 15% discount on all additional dental treatments (excluding orthodontics and products sold in the office)
With our membership plans, there are no yearly maximums, no deductibles, no claim forms, no pre-existing condition limitations, or waiting periods.
- Annual Preventative Dental Care Membership: $600
- Additional family members on the same plan: $575
- Periodontal Maintenance Plan (3 periodontal maintenance cleanings per year): $850
- Periodontal Maintenance Plan (4 periodontal maintenance cleanings per year): $1000
- A routine dental exam, cleaning, and fluoride treatment typically costs $302, and a routine dental exam, cleaning, fluoride treatment, and bitewing X-rays costs $409 for established patients. That means there is no limit to the savings you can enjoy by using this membership plan, making it a perfect choice for individuals and families without dental insurance.

If you are a patient seeking dental care at our office and do not have dental insurance, we have an option for you. See our membership plan below:
The Preventative Dental Care Membership benefits include:

- Two professional cleanings per year (Patients on the periodontal plan will receive up to 4 periodontal maintenance cleanings per plan year.)
- Two fluoride or hydroxyapatite treatments per year, if indicated
- All necessary X-rays (excluding CBCT) at no additional charge
- 15% discount on all additional dental treatments (excluding orthodontics and products sold in the office)
- Annual Preventative Dental Care Membership: $600 Additional family members on the same plan: $575
- Periodontal Maintenance Plan (3 cleanings per year): $850
- Periodontal Maintenance Plan (4 cleanings per year): $1000
- A routine dental exam, cleaning, and fluoride treatment typically costs $302, and a routine dental exam, cleaning, fluoride treatment, and bitewing X-rays costs $409 for established patients. That means you can save over $110 per year by enrolling in our membership plan, without any additional treatments!
Information about Blue Cross Blue Shield
We are in-network with:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield FEP Dental (GRID+)
- Anthem Complete plans (GRID+)
- If you have a Carefirst Medical plan 111,112 & 113 through the federal government, your dental benefits at Springfield Lorton Dental Group will end as of 1/1/25. Our membership plan could be a great option for you. There are also dental plans offered through the federal government that you can choose. We are in-network with the following federal dental plans: Blue Cross Blue Shield FEP Dental, Aetna & United Concordia. We are also Delta Premier Providers (not PPO).
- For patients with Anthem Prime or Carefirst plans, we will be out-of-network starting 1/1/25. Please check your current plan to see if you have out-of-network benefits. If you no longer have dental benefits, our membership plan is an excellent option.
